On every order that we receive before 2pm on a working day will be processed on that

same day to be either delivered the same day if it is within 5 miles of our warehouse

in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. Any orders that are outside of this zone will

still be processed on the same day and despatched by Royal Mail 1st class recorded

delivery. This method of post will require someone to be in to sign before it can be

released and you can track your item on their website. If the postman or postwoman

misses you they most likely will leave a calling card through your letterbox and you

will need to take it along to the address provided on the card to collect. An ID will

be required so please make sure that you have it with you.

Even though we at FAME have no control over the posts, we will endeavour to assist

you should you have any issues with receiving your item. International deliveries

will also be despatched on the same day however the deliver will depend on the local

postal service of the destination country.
